Been home brewing since 1965 and shopping with H B S online was a joy.
Excellent service saw my new Brupaks boiler arrive as planned within 48 hours.
Top class packaging and protection for the goods plus full operating instructions.
Will be back placing further order soon and have asked Santa to get me some equipment from the shop’s catalogue.

Hi Adrian, thanks for running the brewing course last Saturday. In a word, it was BRILLIANT!!, I found that not only did it 'fill in the gaps' in terms of in the books it says' rolling boil'...then to see exactly what a 'rolling boil' is, it also gave many insights in how to interpret previous read information.
Once again, thanks very much and I look forward to many more visits to your shop for my brewing supplies!
p.s the buffet lunch was 'cracking'!!

It arrived today,thankyou very much for your excellent,promt service.
I enjoyed looking through your website,i found it easy to find what i
wanted,which is good given the vast amount of stock you have,some sites
that dont have anywhere near as much choice have been more difficult to navigate.
The videos are fantastic. I've been brewing on and off for about 20 yrs so i've got a bit of
experiance,but i still picked up some handy tips from your videos.

my order arrived today on time and all items present. I just wanted to contact yourselves to express my satisfaction at the service your good selves provide. I thought it was a nice touch that the items included a clear guide on how to deal with any issues that may have happened with the package. i think this type of service combined with the friendly emails is just excellent. I have visited the store and the premises and staff were again excellent and it was a really pleasant atmosphere in there with everybody from staff to customers enthusing about home brewing. Its a great shop and a great thing your doing promoting home brewing in this capacity.

I normally take for granted that you guys deliver on time, with great products and a decent price. But this time you went out of your way to substitute in a higher cost product when you'd run out of a similar, lower-cost, product. many thanks for your fantastic service. I ordered my goods on Saturday evening, got an email saying that they would arrive between 14:05 and 15:05 on Tuesday. And they arrive at .... 14:05 on Tuesday. Great products, reasonable prices and nicely packed. Will definitely be using you again in the future.

Just received my first order from you, i was particularly impressed by the quality of your hops, vac-packed in foil, looks and smells great; so much better than the degraded rubbish ive had from other suppliers which was only fit for the compost heap. your description of hop lineage,aroma,and recommended usage was particularly useful and inspired me to try a few new varieties. cheers-me-dears

My beer kits and accessories have just arrived – a mere 21 hours after I placed my order. All items present and well packed.
I have to say that this is the best delivery experience I have had from any online transaction.
I received an email first thing this morning, giving a 1 hour delivery slot, which was accurate.
Delivery driver from DPD also a fellow homebrewer, so had a pleasant chat as well!!!
You have a very satisfied customer- I’ll be ordering again.

I can only repeat what everyone else is saying regarding your delivery. I live in the middle of nowhere in France, placed my order on a Sunday night and received my goodies Friday morning!!!! By taxi!!!!! For £15!!!!!!!!!!!! You guys ever thought of taking over the UK's postal service? I'll recommend you to anyone and everyone. Thank you!

Just a quick note to say how pleased I was with the order I placed on sunday. It turned up on tuesday morning. I'm so pleased that I only had to wait 36 hours to receive my order that I've placed another order with you that I originally placed with another company 9 days ago, they still haven't despatched the goods yet, so I'm canceling the order with them tomorrow! Here's to my new homebrew supplier!

from another large online homebrew supplier and have been waiting nearly a
month now. I needed the stuff urgently and you delivered. The other place
might be a tiny bit cheaper on some things but its worth paying a fraction
