Delivery was prompt and packaged very well, not over-using packaging-, just enough to keep my goods safe.
As soon as I opened my parcel, I felt confident of this company's offer of advice, should I need any, as there was a nice compliment slip sat on top. (A nice touch that many companies forget these days, after sales service is always appreciated)!
The kit comes with plenty of instructions: the DVD, is great!
I personally ordered some extra cans of Coopers European, although there is a can of Coopers Lager, included, as I was told that the European is REALLY good! And it IS! I will be ordering much more from The Home Brew Shop, in the future! As the only 'downside' is? The Lager is that nice, that I actually PREFER it to European Lagers that are in the supermarket! I was feeling I was taking a chance with home brewing, as the last I ever tried, previous to my own, was my Brother's, back in the 80's and it was nasty! It had that vile 'home brew' taste that some of us older persons may relate to. The Lager I have been making with the EASY to follow instructions, is clear, nicely carbonated and clean tasting. And my Sister commented on Sunday that she too prefers my Lager to any on the market, as it doesn't give her a headache, after only two. Everyone who has tried my home brew, has asked me about how easy it is to make, (VERY easy), and where they can get one. Of course? I give the companie's address! Thanks The Home Brew Shop, for getting me into home brewing. So much cheaper, so much easier and so much BETTER!

Having ordered wine kits from another online brewing site for a family "do" over a month ago and dispite e-mailing them with the urgency of the situation all I received was a standard fob off. In desperation I placed an order with yourselves on 20/3 at 05:22 I was delighted to receive the items today, the following day, at 09:30. Just over 16 hours from order to delivery. Is this a record??
Take it as read my orders will always be placed with yourselves. Now to mail that other company to cancel my account.

Hi. I just wanted to say that this particular postal delivery from The Home Brew Shop (or anywhere else for that matter) was the best packaged item I have ever received. The contents were extremely well insulated, the invoice was easily accessable inside the box, and the delivery box was well sealed with brown transit tape, and my address clearly visible on the top of the box.
I think my comments should be brought to the attention of the persons who compiled my order.
I'm very pleased indeed with the brew kits I received. If only every dispatch unit took pride in what they did - like the HBS.

Hi Adrian, thanks for running the brewing course last Saturday. In a word, it was BRILLIANT!!, I found that not only did it 'fill in the gaps' in terms of in the books it says' rolling boil'...then to see exactly what a 'rolling boil' is, it also gave many insights in how to interpret previous read information.

I thought it was a nice touch that the items included a clear guide on how to deal with any issues that may have happened with the package. i think this type of service combined with the friendly emails is just excellent. I have to say that this is the best delivery experience I have had from any online transaction.
I received an email first thing this morning, giving a 1 hour delivery slot, which was accurate.
