I can only repeat what everyone else is saying regarding your delivery. I live in the middle of nowhere in France, placed my order on a Sunday night and received my goodies Friday morning!!!! By taxi!!!!! For £15!!!!!!!!!!!! You guys ever thought of taking over the UK's postal service? I'll recommend you to anyone and everyone. Thank you!

Just a quick note to say how pleased I was with the order I placed on sunday. It turned up on tuesday morning. I'm so pleased that I only had to wait 36 hours to receive my order that I've placed another order with you that I originally placed with another company 9 days ago, they still haven't despatched the goods yet, so I'm canceling the order with them tomorrow! Here's to my new homebrew supplier!

Hi,
Just to say thanks, you saved my life! Ordered one day, delivered the
next. Like someone else on the testimonials board I'd ordered some stuff
from another large online homebrew supplier and have been waiting nearly a
month now. I needed the stuff urgently and you delivered. The other place
might be a tiny bit cheaper on some things but its worth paying a fraction
more for the service you provide. Lesson learned. I'll be buying my stuff

Great stuff, it was my first order from you and it arrived within two days, Recyclable packaging too!! I will certainly be ordering from you again.
The other {large} online home brew supplier I have used took payment immediately {for in stock items}, then I waited over 6 weeks for my kit!
