We have a flat parcel rate per 25kg so if you order 8kg of goods, its still going to be the 25kg price, Delivered by DHL approx 7 days

Mail Order takes on average between 2 - 5 working days, which is delivered by Royal Mail ( Under 1kg) or Business Post or DHL (signed service)( over 1kg). Once the parcels have left our premises the responsibility for delivery is with the Royal Mail or Business Post or DHL

We are not responsible for late delivery's that may of happened once the parcel has left us as we will try and get the parcel out to you as fast as we can.
Please contact us if any problems, problems do happen but we are always here to help.
Please report non-delivery after 10 days of placing the order and IT MUST BE before 30 days. IF over 30 days there is nothing we can do to find your parcel, refund for the goods, or anything, it is down to you to let us know of a problem
Orders are dispatched by post / carrier to the name and address you have given to us. If we have received incorrect or inadequate information for the delivery of the goods we cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery as a result of this. Business Post or DHL delivery times are 8.30am - 5.30pm, during busy periods upto 7pm has been known.
