Been using this wine for nearly 10 years now. Ready to bag up (I use 6 bottle reusable bags in boxes) in a week and as good as anything in a shop or restaurant. We’ve saved thousands £ over the years and, because of the reusable bags, the neighbours think we’re teetotal.
Found it difficult to get full instructions. The performance is very good though - a lovely even pur white froth on my pilsner. Results to be checked later of course.
Did the job, although OG less than expected. Fermentation going well, result to be tasted in a few weeks.
