Distinctive and refreshing to the taste, Coopers Lager is produced using the finest Australian premium malted barley and Tasmanian hops. When fermented these ingredients combine to produce a full-bodied lager. How strong is your beer? You can change the approximate alcoholic strength of your beer by altering the amount of sugar you add to the wort in the beginning.
A minimum of 250g ensures good fermentation. Here's a guide: grams added Strength 1,000g= 5.2% , 750g =4.6% ,500g =4.0% , 250g= 3.4%

The range of dry malt beer kits is unique - in the UK as well as in the rest of the world. The original recipe was perfected over 30 years ago and we have fine tuned it during the years. This is simply one of the best beer kits ever manufactured. We use only top quality dried malt extract and hops. We could not find a good enough hop extract anywhere so we developed our own. We couldn't even find good enough raw materials to make a good hop extract so we persuaded manufacturers to make special versions for us. We will settle for nothing but the best.This range is more expensive than normal liquid malt extract products but quality has a price. History has shown that once a homebrewer has tried a super quality beer kit, he will stick to it - this range has been an ongoing success for more than 30 years.
