Turbo Yeast: Alcotec Turbo Pure 48 is an amazing all-round superyeast for home makers of moonshine spirit. It will ferment 6 kgs of normal sugar in a 25 litre solution in 48 hours or less, even under difficult circumstances. You kan think of it a bit like a moonshine kit.

Forget what the home distillation handbook says about temperature sensitive fermentations and how to make moonshine, watching the temperature, problems in the summer, you name it. Alcotec 48 works in ambient temperatures up to 30 C (86 F). It will produce very clean alcohol but you should still use activated carbon filtration for optimum purification before mixing with essence
