Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Debit / credit card payment. But not Amercain Express or Visa Electron
We do not charge for any item until it is packed ready to ship. Backordered items are charged at the ordering stage. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or BUT NOT in a email.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
Mail Order takes on average between 2 - 5 working days, which is delivered by Royal Mail or Business Post. Once the parcels have left our premises the responsibility for delivery is with the Royal Mail or Business Post.
We are not responsible for late delivery's that may of happened once the parcel has left us as we will try and get the parcel out to you as fast as we can.
Please contact us if any problems, problems do happen but we are always here to help.
Or if you are still waiting for a parcel (over 10 working days) please let us know so we can sort out the problem. Orders are dispatched by post / carrier to the name and address you have given to us. If we have received incorrect or inadequate information for the delivery of the goods we cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery as a result of this.

For EU orders most times the shipping chosen will reflect the correct cost, but sometimes it will fall outside, if this happens we shall email or with the correct shipping cost for you to confirm or to cancel the order.Approx EU shipping costs are, under 1kg £4.11, 1kg - 15 kg, £29.61, 15.01kg - 25kg, £42.77, Over 25kg we have a set a cost of £117.50 BUT we wont charge this, we will pack and weigh the parcel/s and confirm the cost with you, for you to agree

Rest of Europe under 1kg £4.50, Over 1kg has a base cost of £100 BUT we shall email with a correct price, before shipping for you to confirm the cost, as this can be high and MORE then £100 often

Orders over £65 are FREE BUT NOT if you are in zone 2 or 3, then PLEASE SELECT THE CORRECT OPTION ON THE ORDER FORM.
All UK orders that have a packed weight of Under 1kg will cost £2.50 per order and sent 1st class postage

Delivery Schedule
We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 - 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

It is illegal to manufacture spirits in the UK without a distiller's licence which is required under the provisions of section 12 of the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979 and this includes manufacture for "own/domestic use".

Public Notice 39 - "Spirits production in the UK" dated July 2006 provides further information about HM Revenue and Custom's requirements.

Please note the Still Sprits flavourings and yeast are legal as long as you DON'T distil to get the higher alcohol. As you are fermenting the yeast and using duty paid vodka to use with the flavourings
Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We use a SSL certificate this uses encryption when you enter the card details.
Sorry we care unable to take Visa Electron Cards (4917) or cards that start with 4508 or 4844 as these are wipe only cards and as we process the orders on a PDQ machine we can not take these cards.
Guarantee
If a item is broken / leaking, please inform us within 10 working days of having the item and we will arrange a replacement within 3 working days. (subject to stock holding)
Please note mail order is mail order, some cans will arrive with dents in, we always try our best to pack the parcels correctly, but dents do happen, we dont class a dent as damage as the kits are still usable. But if they are badly dented / leaking then we will replace them.

Returns Policy

Call costs will change depending on how you phone but this is a Standard BT Phone line, NO PREMIUM RATES HERE

Please report non-delivery after 10 days of placing the order and IT MUST BE before 30 days if delivery is to the UK.
If an item needs replacing please phone 01252 540386 or e-mail, so we can make arrangements.

If the goods are faulty the goods will be replaced free of charge or for a full refund if sent back within 30 days of you receiving the goods.

If the goods are ordered in error we will refund the goods in full but we can not refund the carriage if sent back within 30 days of you receiving the goods.

Complaints are handled on a one to one bases by phone or e-mail, even by post if a reply is not urgent and we will try and come to a satisfactory conclusion within 3 days of the complaint, all complaints will remain confidential and fair.

If you no longer require the goods that you have ordered you can return them within 7 working days, that begin on the day after you have received the goods. We can not refund the cost of the postage. This is your right to a cooling off period. We will refund Your Money within 30 days of us receiving the goods. Please when sending the goods back get a Proof of posting or even insure the goods in case it gets lost.
If the goods get lost we can not refund the money but you should be able to make a claim through the shipper i.e. Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
We can not refund items that are in a unsaleable condition i.e have been used unless they are faulty
