Does what the label says - enhances the beer. Certainly adds body and ferments well too. I added it to Mexican Cerveza and the results were excellent. Good carbonation is vital but this enhancer really injects life into the beer making it a wonderful and crisp chilled drink. Well done Coopers - superb quality.
