This all‑grain mashing kit is designed to produce around 23 litres of American Double Hopped IPA. All ingredients are pre‑measured and crushed, giving you exactly what you need, apart from water and equipment, with no waste from oversized grain or hop packs.
The American Double IPA (sometimes referred to as an American Imperial IPA) is an intensely hoppy, fairly strong pale ale without the big, rich, complex maltiness and residual sweetness and body of an American Barley Wine. Strongly hopped, but clean, dry, and lacking harshness.
