Sorry to say we won’t be able to send any more products to NI due to the GSPR coming into force on the 13th December 2024.
Due to the UK not being part of the EU we no longer offer any shipping to the EU.
❗ We cannot accept orders to BFPO addresses, PO BOX, or collection boxes.
UK Mainland Delivery
Free Delivery for UK Mainland Home Brew Orders Over £72.00 by DHL
Mail Order for the UK takes on average between 1–3 working days, delivered by:

If a problem happens with the delivery, please let us know and we will do our best to help. We can talk to FedEx / DHL to help solve the problem.
We do use 24hr and 48hr Parcel Services, but this does not guarantee you’ll receive the order in 24/48 hours. Delivery may still take 2-4 working days.
If it’s your first order with us, parcels will not be left without a signature.
High value orders over £120 will also require a signature.
DHL will not call ahead or wait. If you’re not available, you will need to make other arrangements.
If you leave us your mobile number, we can send text message updates about your delivery.

Additional Information
If your parcel is over 1.7kg, it should arrive within a few days via our carriers. For mainland UK, you should receive an email from our carriers — provided your email address is correct.
We are not responsible for late deliveries once the parcel has left us.
We always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.
📬 Please report non-delivery after 10 days of placing the order, and it must be before 30 days.
If over 30 days, we cannot locate the parcel or offer a refund.
Orders are dispatched to the name and address you provide. We are not liable for late or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delivery times from carriers are 8:30am – 5:30pm, and may extend to 7pm during busy periods.
If you fail to respond to delivery attempts and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the goods minus an £18.00 admin fee.
If you request a non-signature delivery (e.g., “leave at back of house”), we and our carriers are not responsible for any loss.
We won’t replace or refund parcels marked as delivered under these terms. We also reserve the right to refuse leaving goods unattended for high-value orders.
Please note: we sometimes pack smaller items inside larger boxes (e.g. starter kits or equipment) to reduce damage and save space. If something appears missing, please check inside other packages before contacting us.
