Excellent product does what it says on the bottle strongly recommend.
great not having to rinse but I do anyway with cold water.....only 2 minutes to sanitise stuff is good, so you can get on with things.
this yeast does not like the campden tablet and I had to add a 2nd sachet 7 days later....then it got going !!.....after careful introduction to the fermenting grape jauce
