The hose is made of inferior plastic that softens in warm water and is difficult to straighten out. The 'tube' is glass, and only about 10 cm long, and it has a single hole at the side about 3 cm from the bottom, so that if you use it, the last few centimetres of fluid are lost. The 'handle' fixes the tube at the top, so you can't guide the tube into the bottom of the demijohn. The clamp doesn't completely close the tube. I found a straight metal tube to fix to the end of the plastic, and got the thing working that way.
Bought two before and needed one for racking. Great quality. Full round handle less likely to brake. Comes with a trap.Great price and was delivered quickly. So ticked all of the boxes.
