I've used Alcotec Vodka Making Kits many times and I've never come across any problems with this kit. If you keep the temperature in the range stated, you'll get 21% every time.

Easy to order, and arrived quickly. Although this was very good and once made up did taste almost like what I was after I will buy the hotter version once it is in stock.
