We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, here’s how to return or exchange an item.
1. Returns Eligibility
✅ You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if:

It’s unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

It’s faulty, damaged, or incorrect (we’ll cover return costs for these).
- Please report non-delivery after 10 days of placing the order and IT MUST BE before 30 days.
❌ We cannot accept returns for:

Perishable goods (e.g., yeast, fresh ingredients).

Opened or used brewing equipment (for hygiene reasons).

Custom or special-order items.
2. How to Return an Item

Email us at sales@the-home-brew-shop.co.uk or message via contact page with:

Your order number.

Photos of the item (if faulty/damaged).

We’ll send a returns label (faulty items) or instructions.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Processed within 5 working days of receiving the return.

Exchanges: Subject to availability. Contact us first.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty).
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
