Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Home Brew Shop.

Your satisfaction is important to us. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange the item by following the instructions provided.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if:

• It’s unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• It’s faulty, damaged, or incorrect (we’ll cover return costs for these).
  

We cannot accept returns for:

• Perishable goods (e.g., yeast, fresh ingredients).

• Opened or used brewing equipment (for hygiene reasons).

• Custom or special-order items.

2. How to Return an Item.

1. Email us at sales@the-home-brew-shop.co.uk  or message via contact page with:

   • Your order number or proof of purchase.

   • Photos of the item (if faulty/damaged).

2. For faulty items, we will provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, instructions will be supplied.

3. Post the item to:
   The Home Brew Shop, Unit 3 Hawley Lane Business Park, 108 Hawley Lane, Farnborough GU14 8JE.

3. Refunds & Exchanges.

• Refunds: Processed within 5 working days of receiving the return.

• Exchanges: Subject to availability.

• Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the product is found to be defective.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

In the event that your item is received in a damaged or defective condition, return shipping will be covered and you will be offered a replacement or full refund.
