The Still Spirits Create+ Alembic Dome is designed to produce high quality distilled water, hydrosols, and flavoursome spirits.
When paired with the Still Spirits Create+ Alembic Condenser and the Create+ Boiler 25 L or Grainfather G30, the Alembic Dome produces distilled water, hydrosols, and flavourful spirits.
Its copper construction and domed shape is able to capture and enhance the flavours and aromas in a wash, simultaneously stripping away unwanted compounds. This makes it ideal for crafting high quality whiskey, bourbon, rum, and gin.
