Dark Crystal malt provides notes of caramel, toffee and dried fruit, while Phoenix and First Gold hops deliver a balanced bitterness with subtle hints of spice, marmalade and floral citrus. Fermented with a classic British ale yeast, this traditional Extra Special Bitter is a satisfying, well rounded pint with a distinctive English character.
