Youngs Beer Finings instructions:-
Add to beer after fermentation, then stir gently and leave to stand for 2 days before bottling or barrelling. Allow 2-3 weeks for carbonation
29ml single dose sachet sufficient for up to 23 litres / 5 gallons of beer
