First attempt, even in this heat took around 10 days to meet the hygrometer reading. The fermentation bin lid looked like it was going to explode at one point, I ended up letting pressure out every couple of days, not sure if this was wise. End result - initially not great but leaving in the fridge for a week I find it acceptable for my basic taste. My wife disagrees though!
This is a very robust tap but used two washers to secure it to my King Keg. It holds pressure really well.
