Excellent yeast. Ferments well and settles solidly to bottom of fermenting vessel.
The 10 litre bags and boxes do their job but are not as good as previous types supplied. The bags are fine but the boxes no longer have self locking ends but but simply have flaps requiring you to to tape the box ends to secure the end. A small but irritating detail. The filled boxes then also look a bit tatty an unprofessional with taped up ends.
