Took a little longer to ferment and a tad longer than usual to clear when compared to other beers, but everything was fine. A heavier bodied beer with an alcohol content >7%
An excellent product for sterilising wine bottles that we use every year.

First attempt, even in this heat took around 10 days to meet the hygrometer reading. The fermentation bin lid looked like it was going to explode at one point, I ended up letting pressure out every couple of days, not sure if this was wise. End result - initially not great but leaving in the fridge for a week I find it acceptable for my basic taste. My wife disagrees though!
