How to use a filtering bag:

Pour the batch only up to the bag depth and then placed the lid on so that no valuable aromas escape during filtering. Once there is only sediment left in the bag and the filtered drink moves into the inside of the jar under the influence of gravity, you can pour another portion of the batch.
Attention! During filtration of the batch the bag must not be immersed in the already filtered liquor.
