FWK Creative Light Classic
Here is FWK Creative Classic, a light base suitable for brewing pilsner, light ale, or similar styles. You get to decide how to proceed with your choice of yeast, dry hops, and any other creative touches. We encourage experimentation!
Yeast and dry hops are not included and must be ordered separately.

The wort in FWK Creative Classic is brewed with 92% Pilsner malt, 5% Vienna malt, and 3% Munich Light. Magnum hops are used at 60 minutes of the boil, and Saaz is added in the whirlpool during brewing.
You can decide whether to add water based on your desired outcome.
Recommended Yeast: Fermentis US-05 yeast.

Here are some ideas:
- Hops: Add any hops of your choice for extra aroma.
- Souring: Use Philly Sour yeast.
- Gluten-reduced: Add Harris Glut Gone.
- Increased strength: Skip adding water or add extra fermentable sugars (e.g., malt extract).
- Lactose: Enhances smoothness and sweetness.

Hop and Yeast Suggestions:
As mentioned, we encourage experimentation. However, having some concrete suggestions can also be helpful.
Endless Possibilities for Experimentation!
Here are some ideas:
- Pilsner: Brew a crisp pilsner by adding Saflager S-189/W34/70 yeast or opt for a more flavourful and crisp profile with LalBrew Diamond Lager.
- Sour: Create a fresh sour by pitching Philly Sour, letting it work for 3-4 days, then adding US-05 yeast. Flavour with fruit purées like raspberry or passion fruit—sour fruits pair exceptionally well in these styles! Experiment freely—there are endless possibilities!
- Kölsch: Use K-97 yeast for a fantastic, flavourful Kölsch.
- Blonde Ale: Use US-05 yeast and dry-hop with 100g of Citra, Mosaic, or El Dorado for an exciting twist!
- Hops: Add any hops of your choice for extra aroma.
- Souring: Use Philly Sour yeast.
- Gluten-reduced: Add Harris Glut Gone.
