Here is FWK Creative NEIPA! With this kit, you can experiment to create the perfect NEIPA! You get to decide how to proceed with your choice of dry hops, yeast, and any other creative touches. We encourage tinkering!

The wort in FWK Creative NEIPA is brewed with 42% Pilsner malt, 42% Golden Promise Light Colour, 2.8% Carapils, 2.8% Oat Malt, 2.8% Wheat Malt, 2.8% Maltodextrin, and 4.8% Lactose. Mosaic, Simcoe, and Azacca Lupomax are used in the whirlpool during brewing.
Decide for yourself whether to add water based on the final result you want.

- 15 litres (no added water): ABV 8.3%, OG 1.083, FG 1.020*, IBU 50, EBC 10
- 20 litres (add 5 litres of water): ABV 6.0%, OG 1.060, FG 1.015*, IBU 40, EBC 9
- 25 litres (add 10 litres of water): ABV 5.1%, OG 1.050, FG 1.011*, IBU 38, EBC 7

Hop and Yeast Suggestions:
We encourage experimentation, but it can also be reassuring to have some concrete suggestions for inspiration. Here are some:
- Skip water addition for an extra juicy and intense NEIPA.
- Generously dry-hop with varieties like El Dorado, Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, Sabro.
- Classic combinations such as Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy or Citra, and Idaho 7 work exceptionally well.
- Experiment to find your regarding grams per litre of dry hopping.
- Hops: Add any hops of your choice for extra aroma.
- Souring: Use Philly Sour yeast.
- Gluten-reduced: Add Harris Glut Gone.
- Increased strength: Skip adding water or add extra fermentable sugars (e.g., malt extract).
- Lactose: Enhances smoothness and sweetness.
- Other additions: Oak, coffee, spices, orange peel, fruit/purée, cacao nibs
