Potassium Sorbate, Fermentation Stopper
Also known as Potassium Sorbate. Added to a wine to stop the fermentation and prevent a re-fermentation after bottling. Should always be used together with campden tablets, otherwise wine will get a smell of 'Geraniums'.
Potassium sorbate is a food-grade preservative that is commonly used in winemaking to prevent yeast and bacteria from growing in the wine.

This powder is easy to use and can be added directly to the wine during the bottling process.
