VIK Bitter Beer Kit
A classic English style bitter with a delicate and appreciable bitterness, finished with earthy hops.
A light and thirst-quenching beer suitable for any time of the year.
Produces 23 litres of beer.
This beer kit includes carefully selected yeast and hops specially suited for dry hopping - details that elevate the quality of this malt to a superior level
Add 1 kg of sugar before fermentation. For enhanced flavour, a richer body, and better head formation and retention, you can replace the sugar with Beer Enhancer to create a brew closer to commercial quality.
To dry hop, wait until fermentation is complete, then gently open the fermenter lid and add the hops. Reseal the lid and leave for approximately 3 days before bottling.
