Beaverdale 6 Bottle Wine Kit - White Zinfandel Style

A light-bodied blush wine with a delicate, fruity flavour profile. Crisp, refreshing and easy-drinking.
This White Zinfandel Style wine making kit includes:
• Beaverdale 6 Bottle Winemaking Instructions
• Grape Juice Concentrate (1.17L)
• Wine Yeast
• Finings – Keiselsol and Chitosan
• Stabiliser
• Bentonite
All the ingredients (other than water) that you need to craft your very own wine are included in the kit, so no need for additional sugar.

3-4 Weeks Fermentation
Approx. ABV: 12%
Ingredients: Concentrate [grape juice concentrate, sugars (sugar, dried glucose syrup), water, diammonium phosphate, acids (citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid), yeast nutrient, tannin, sulphite]; chitosan [water, acid (malic acid), chitosan (crustaceans), preservative (sodium metabisulphite)]; silicone dioxide solution; bentonite; stabiliser [preservatives (sodium metabisulphite, potassium sorbate), anti-caking agent (magnesium carbonate)]; dried yeast [yeast, emulsifier (E491)]
