Included within the Vieux Chateau Du Roi Style wine kit:
• Beaverdale 30 Bottle Winemaking Instructions
• Grape Juice Concentrate (6L)
• Wine Yeast
• Oak Chips
• Finings – Keiselsol and Chitosan
• Stabiliser
All the ingredients (other than water) that you need to craft your very own wine are included in the kit, so no need for additional sugar.

Ingredients: Concentrate [grape juice concentrate, sugar, water, yeast nutrient, diammonium phosphate, acids (citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid tannin, sulphite]; chitosan [water, acid (malic acid), chitosan (crustaceans), preservative (sodium metabisulphite)]; oak chips; silicone dioxide solution; stabiliser [preservatives (sodium metabisulphite, potassium sorbate)]; dried yeast [yeast, emulsifier (E491)]
