How to use
Pre-multiply the liquid yeast, i.e. prepare a yeast starter. In a 1-litre bottle, pour 150 ml of fruit juice or 200 g of chopped fruit, 300 ml of water and add 2 teaspoons of sugar. Cover the bottle with a plug of cotton wool and pasteurise for 30 minutes. Once cooled, pour the contents of the previously shaken yeast packet into the bottle. Leave the mixture to stand for 1 to 2 days at a temperature of 22-26°C, then pour it into a fermentation vessel or carboy (5-25 L)..
NOTE: maintain sterile conditions at all the stages of yeast inoculation preparation - pay special attention to the cleanliness of the container in which the yeast will be proliferated.
