This refreshingly fruity Merlot has a lovely smooth taste enhanced by the fruit addition of Raspberry and Cassis. The result is a perfect balance of fruits combined with the plum flavours of the Merlot grape leaving you wanting more and more.
This Cellar 7 wine kit produces up to 30 bottles (5 gallons) of delicious wine. It contains high-quality European grape concentrate, so there’s no need to add fermenting sugar—just mix with water and you're ready to go

To make the Cellar 7 wine kit you will need the following equipment:
All equipment must be sterilised before use.
2 x 25 litre Wine Fermenters - one for fermentation & one for transferring / racking
Airlock & Bung - to allow the release of gas produced during fermentation Spoon - to stir / degases your brew
Hydrometer - to check that the fermentation process is complete
Syphon - to transfer from fermenter for racking
Steriliser - to sterilise equipment before use
Additional recommended equipment:
Hydrometer / Trial Jar - To check specific gravity during wine making
Degasser - to remove CO2 gas from wine
