Vinistart Complex Product description:
Vinistart Complex is recommended for fermentation in pulp (with fruit). It constitutes an exception combination of a noble yeast strain, specially selected nutrients with mineral salts and vitamins, and Pektoenzym, and thus provides quick fermentation and an excellent wine bouquet.
For fruit batches Vinistart Complex is best for fermenting wine from fruits such as gooseberries, pears, apricots, strawberries, cereals, hawthorn, apples, wild rose, white and black grapes, rhubarb, raisins, wild cherries, cherries, raspberries, greengages, purple plums, blackberries, blackcurrant, white currant, redcurrant, blueberries, black elderberries, and blackthorn.
For 10 - 25 L of wine a single 20 g packaging of Vinistart Complex is sufficient for preparing from 10 to 25 L of your favourite white and red fruit wines Note! Use the whole packaging for a single batch.
Up to 17% alcohol - Vinistart Complex ensures a quick fermentation process for you! The temperature recommended for this process to take place is 15-30°C, and the alcohol level in your wine may reach up to 17%!
