BrewFerm Wheat Beer 15 ltr Beer Kit

Wheatbeer 1053 OG.15 litres.
This beer is very similar to the well known Belgian 'Witbier': very pale, honeytype, opaline colour with a low alcohol content. It has a sweet smell and a slightly acidic taste. Wheatbeer is based on an old recipe using barley, wheat, oat flakes and herb mixture. The addition of coriander and curacao orange peel, produces a beer very reminiscent of the well known 'Wheatbeer' from Hoegaarden.
