Fresh Wort Kits or FWK for short, has made homebrewing easy! To produce commercial quality beer in your own home.

Yeast or Hops for dry hopping are not induced in the kit.

How do I make a Fresh Work Kit
- Start with a clean and sanitised fermenter.
- Decant FWK bladder into fermenter and aerate wort.
- Add 5 litres of water to bring the volume up to 20 litres.
- Take a sample of your wort and use your hydrometer to measure the original gravity.
- If dry hopping add near or at end of fermentation for no more then 3 days.
- Once fermentaion is compleate either cold crash or transfer to bottle or a keg for condtioning.
- Drink responsibly and enjoy
Do I have to add water to a fresh wort kit?
You don't need to add water to your Fresh Wort Kit, by not adding extra water will produce a beer with a higher ABV and a lower yield.
What temperature should I ferment my Fresh Wort Kit at?
Fermentation temperature varies by beer style and yeast. Typically, ales ferment at 18°C, and lagers at 14-16°C.

You will require basic brewing equipment to make the beer kit.
Fermenting Bin 25 ltrs + - To ferment the beer in
Pressure Barrel or Pet Bottles, 2 packs enough for 5 gallons of beer - To Store and condition the beer ready for drinking.
Syphon Equipment - To aid moving the beer from the fermenter to the barrel or bottles.
Hydrometer - To Measure the gravity of the beer when it starts and finishes.
LCD Thermometer - Sticks on the fermenting bin to help you get the right brewing temperature 16oC - 24oC is best for beer.
Sterliser - Not equipment but is essential part to keep all equipment clean and sterlised when used.
