This Ultimate Pale Ale Beer Kit includes a premium blend of ingredients to help you create a high-quality pale ale with an estimated 4.4% ABV. Its bitterness rating of 2.5/5 and IBU range of 25-35 guarantee a balanced taste profile that won't overpower your palate.

Dry-hopped with Simcoe and Chinook hops, the kit delivers an aromatic profile with tropical fruit and earthy grapefruit undertones. Paired with M15 Empire Ale yeast, this kit embodies the full spectrum of flavours and aromas that will satisfy the most discerning craft beer aficionado.

The kit requires an additional 1 kg of dextrose as brewing sugar and brewing equipment, which are sold separately.

You will require basic brewing equipment to make the beer kit
Here is a simple starter kit Starter Kit With Barrel to allow you to make the beer if you have not already got brewing equipment

Below is a list of the essential equipment needed to make a beer kit

Fermenting Bin 25 ltrs + - To ferment the beer
Pressure Barrel or Pet Bottles, 2 packs enough for 5 gallons of beer - To Store and condition the beer ready for drinking
Syphon Equipment - To aid moving the beer from the fermenter to the barrel or bottles
Hydrometer - To Measure the gravity of the beer when it starts and finishes
LCD Thermometer - Sticks on the fermenting bin to help you get the right brewing temperature 16oC - 24oC is best for beer - kits
Steriliser - Not equipment but is essential part to keep all equipment clean and sterilised stop bug growing in your beer
Water - Beer is made from 95% water. Tap water will be fine, filtered is better to remove the chlorine will help give you the best result.

Once made you will need to dispense the beer from either Barrel or Bottle both has there advantagdes and disadvantages

Bottles - Need around 46 x 500ml bottles, to clean, fill and cap but can be put in a fridge to chill the beer, you will also need Crown Capper and Caps

Barrel - Only need 1 to clean, fill and seal, but hard to put in fridge, somwtimes leaks - You will also need Co2 to pressuresie the barrel

Due to the UK not being part of the EU we no longer offer any shipping to the EU.

We offer 24-hour and 48-hour Parcel Services, but this does not guarantee that the parcel will be received within this timeframe.

Normal delivery times are on average between 1-3 working days. But sometimes this can be longer During busy times like Christmas and Bank Holidays.

Heavy Parcels those over 1.5kg are delivered by Parcel Force or DHL.

For those under 1.5kg We use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service.

if a problem happens with the delivery please let us know and we will do our best to help, we can talk to Parcel Force or DHL to help solve the problem.

We only know of the problem if you tell us about the problem, we can't help if we are not told about the issue.

1st orders with us, parcels will not be left with out a signature OR if we think they are a high value order over £120 parcels will need to be signed for.

Mainland UK, Order weight Under 1kg = £3.30 + VAT = £3.96.
Mainland UK, order value Over £72 = FREE DELIVERY.
Mainland UK, order value Under £72, But order weight Over 1kg = £6.25 + VAT = £7.50.

Saturday delivery to mainland UK £21.25 + VAT = £25.50 (we must have the order by, 2pm Friday).
Some postcodes we can't send on Saturday Delivery like AB 51.
