LalBrew Farmhouse™ is a non-diastatic hybrid that has been selected to make saison-style and farmhouse-style beers. This product was selected using the most advanced breeding techniques. Classical and non-GMO methods were used to remove the STA 1 gene, responsible for the diastatic activity of saison yeasts; therefore dextrin will not be metabolised, fermentation will finish faster and there is no risk of over attenuation and over carbonation after bottling or canning. Tallboy and Moose, a brewery in Melbourne, trialed this yeast and achieved fantastic results. We offer 24-hour and 48-hour Parcel Services, but this does not guarantee that the parcel will be received within this timeframe.

Heavy Parcels those over 1.5kg are delivered by Parcel Force or DHL.

For those under 1.5kg We use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service.
